We believe strongly in specialty coffee, each of our blends is the result of long research from the selection of raw coffee, through careful roasting until the union of different origins to compose always unique blends.

Caffeaus' mission is also to spread the concept of the coffee bar as a welcoming place to drink coffee and relax, hang out with friends, work outside the office and organize business meetings.

A little bit of story...
The word "Caffeaus" was coined in Italy during the eighteenth century, it was an informal meeting place in gardens where coffee was served, a place where you could relax and refresh but also discuss of work .
"Caffeaus" is the italian word for Coffee House.

"Caffeaus of the Quirinale" in Rome is the most famous, Pope Benedict XIV ordered its construction in 1741.
Giovanni Paolo Panini painted this picture of Carlo di Borbone, king of the Two Sicilies, visited Pope Benedict XIV in the Caffeaus of Quirinale to solemnize the battle of Velletri against the Austrians.

Caffeaus' coffee has a long history that began in Italy close to Milan in 1956 when our roasting was born. Today our production site is still there, it's where the best quality of raw coffees beans arrive from all over the world, they are roasted thanks to our experience and the use of latest generation machinery, at the end coffee is packed to be shipped to Sydney.

Our establishment in Italy is almost fully powered thanks to a 50 kw photovoltaic system and 100% of the energy used comes from renewable sources. We are proud of this because the impact that every action has on the environment is very important for us.
